Deleting your MakeShake account

In the app

• Open Profile → Account.
• Tap "Delete account" and confirm.

The account and data are deleted immediately.

Without the app

Write to abc@makeshake.app from the address you use to sign in to MakeShake (Google or email) and ask to delete the account. Requests are handled within 30 days, usually sooner; we will reply when done.

What is deleted

• the account and sign-in data;
• coin balance and the history of top-ups and charges;
• AI generation history; files uploaded for generation are removed by the provider automatically after about a day;
• support conversations and attached screenshots;
• notifications and device tokens for their delivery.

Deletion is irreversible; unused coins are lost.

What remains and why

• Google Play purchase records — without a link to your account: they are needed for accounting, refunds and protection against crediting one purchase twice.
• An anonymous mark that the welcome bonus was given — so it cannot be claimed again.

Projects and videos on your phone are not affected: they stay until you delete them or the app.
