Payments and refunds

Version 2026-11-06.2, 6 November 2026. MakeShake is an app by ZYYN. Contact: abc@makeshake.app.

Buying coins

Coins are bought through Google Play. The store shows the price and currency before payment. Coins are credited after Google confirms the payment; a pending payment gives no coins until it completes.

Charges

The price of a generation is shown before you start. With "Auto" duration the highest possible price is shown and the actual one is charged. If a generation fails, the coins are returned automatically. Everything is visible in Profile → Usage.

If the price changed while the form was open, no order is created and no coins are charged — the app shows the new price.

Money refunds

Refunds for purchases go through Google Play under its rules. After a refund the matching coins are removed from your balance.

Deleting the account

Unused coins are lost when the account is deleted; deletion alone does not refund money.

If something went wrong
