MakeShake Terms of Use

Version 2026-11-06.2, 6 November 2026. MakeShake is an app by ZYYN. Contact: abc@makeshake.app.

1. What MakeShake is

MakeShake is a video editor for Android with AI generation of video, music, images and voice. These terms apply in the app and on https://makeshake.app. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Age and account

The editor works without an account. An account is needed for AI generation, buying coins and support chat.

You can create an account from age 13. If you are under 18, or your country's law requires parental consent, use the account with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Sign-in is with Google or email and password. You are responsible for access to your email, Google account and password. If you think someone else has signed in to your account, contact support.

3. Your content

Projects, the library and finished videos are stored on your phone. You keep the rights to your content.

You confirm you have the right to use the photos, videos, music and text you add to projects and send to generation.

When you send a file to generation, captions or support, you allow us to process it as needed for that feature. This does not transfer your rights to us.

4. AI generation

Generation is performed by third-party models; the model name is shown when you choose it. Results may be inaccurate or unexpected — check them before publishing.

You must not create or upload:

• child sexual abuse material or any sexualisation of minors;
• intimate images of real people without their consent, including AI-made ones;
• images, video or voice of real people presented as genuine to deceive or harm (deepfakes);
• content inciting violence, harassment, threats or promoting terrorism;
• content infringing copyright or rights to someone's image or voice;
• content for fraud, deception or other illegal purposes.

Models and our service may reject a request automatically. For violations we may refuse generation or restrict the account. You can report an unacceptable result in support chat.

5. Coins

Coins are an in-app unit for paying for generations. They are not money, cannot be withdrawn or transferred to other people.

The price of a generation is shown before you start. Coins are charged for the result; if a generation fails, they are returned automatically. See "Payments and refunds".

6. Support

Support chat is available in the app after signing in: Profile → Help. Do not send passwords or card details in chat.

7. Availability

We work to keep the app reliable, but interruptions and feature changes are possible, and generation models may be added or switched off. Back up important projects: they are stored only on your device.

These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Stopping use

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time: Profile → Account → Delete account, or by email to abc@makeshake.app. What is deleted is described at https://makeshake.app/delete-account.

9. Changes

The version is shown at the top. The current version is always available in the app (Profile → Help) and at https://makeshake.app/terms. We will announce significant changes in the app.
